Exchange and return policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within a week from the date of receiving the order, according to the following terms and conditions:

Items to be exchanged or returned must be in good, presentable condition, with packaging and tags, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

The goods to be exchanged or returned must not conform to standard specifications or have a defect or defect that was not apparent upon purchase.

Cosmetics must be returned unopened, unused, and without any packaging intact.

If the customer wishes to return the order after receiving it intact without any damages, the customer will bear the shipping cost via the specified logistics service companies (Aramex), provided that the goods are in their original condition and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

*After completing the shipping process, the customer must contact us to provide us with the shipment number expected to arrive.

*In cases of ordering from outside Saudi Arabia, the customer will bear the cost and shipping process of the product or order to be returned due to a change of mind (this can be agreed upon with Aramex).
