How is the product managed?
Our inventory is updated daily. However, if a selected product is temporarily unavailable at the time of your order, you will receive an email notification and will be informed of the expected date the product will be dispatched. Out of stock products will be sent when they become available again.

Do the prices include value added tax (VAT)?
Yes, all prices on the Soskin Arabia website include value added tax (VAT).
What are our delivery methods?
At Soskin, delivery fees are free for all purchases totaling 500 riyals or more.
Delivery to a collection area or to your home address if the value of your purchases is less than 500 riyals is 42 riyals within Saudi Arabia. And 90 riyals to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Orders are sent within the city of Riyadh within one working day, and orders are sent to the rest of the cities of the Kingdom within three to five working days.
Note: During holiday periods, the delivery time may be extended by a few days. Expected delivery dates are mentioned by short message.
Can I order from outside the Kingdom?
Yes, you can apply if you reside in one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait).
