Dear customer, we ask you to carefully review the following terms before completing the purchase process.

When you order products through our website, you confirm that you wish to purchase those products at the prices stated at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change product prices in certain circumstances, such as promotional periods or errors in pricing.

Please review your orders before completing your purchase. The order is considered accepted when it is delivered and full payment is received.

In the event that the requested products are not available or there is an error in the price, we will contact you to obtain your instructions before accepting the order.

The recipient"s name and delivery address must be entered accurately. Any error may result in delay or non-delivery of the shipment.

The expected time for the goods to arrive within Saudi Arabia (3-4 working days) and to the Gulf countries (5-7 working days) is an estimate and may be affected by reasons beyond the store’s control.

Delay in delivering the order may be due to reasons related to the customer, such as failure to respond when contacted, in which case the store or shipping company does not bear responsibility for the delay.

The customer must send the amendment or cancellation request via the store’s WhatsApp. A fee may apply if the order is delivered to the shipping company or a bill of lading is issued before the order is received.

If the customer does not receive the order, fees may be charged by the shipping company, and these fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

If shipping is free and the customer wants to return part of the purchase, standard shipping fees will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.
